The Center for Professional Education was opened in April 2003 together with Kanagawa University of Human Services, for those wishing to enhance their level of competence as active professionals in the fields of health, medical care and social welfare.The Center was specifically opened to implement one of the basic educational concepts of Kanagawa University of Human Services: to continue lifetime education.
The Center for Professional Education aims to train persons active in human services so that they may acquire a global professional perspective. The education program includes leaders’ and administrators’ training, advanced professional training, cooperation and professional training, and educational training. All aspects of the program will help students enhance their practical abilities based on professional knowledge and skills.
The Center hopes that health, medical care and social welfare professionals will use the Center as a base for their study, research, seminars and information exchange, so that they may provide more global and well- cooperated services on their fields.
