Scholarship Selection for International Students Admitted in 2027 (Master's Program)

Graduate School of Health Innovation (SHI) offers a unique scholarship to support international students to focus on their studies without financial concerns. If you are interested in applying for the scholarship, please review the following information and selection guidelines, and submit your application through the university’s designated webform.

Application Requirements
  1. Those who have foreign nationality and who do not have permanent resident status in Japan.
  2. Those who were awarded a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a foreign country or in Japan (or who are expected to be awarded a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a foreign country or in Japan) by the end of March 2027.

*Foreign nationals residing in Japan are also eligible to apply.

Cautions
  • Recipients of this scholarship are not allowed to receive any other scholarships.
  • Applicants selected for the scholarship must apply separately for the entrance examination of the Master’s Program. For details, please refer to the webpage below.
  • There is no examination fee for the scholarship selection. For selected applicants, the JPY 30,000 entrance examination fee for the Master’s Program will be covered by the scholarship.
  • If a selected applicant is not accepted for admission, the scholarship will cover only the entrance examination fee.
  • The scholarship may not be granted in some cases. Please check the guidelines carefully.

Original Copies

I cannot send the documents of which is required to submit by EMS by the deadline due to the delivery delay. How should I submit the documents ?

Please kindly submit the scanned copies of those documents.

However, please be noted that the documents must be arrived at university when you apply to the SHI Master's Program entrance examination after this scholarship selection.
English Test Scores

I would like to submit an official English test score as the certificate of my English proficiency. What is the minimum score required?

 

There is no minimum score requirement for applying to the SHI Master's course.
